Sai Srikanth Lakkimsetty

PhD Student

Sai Srikanth Lakkimsetty is a doctoral student in the Khoury College of Computer Sciences at Northeastern University. Sai research coregistration approaches of multiple imaging modalities primarily mass spectrometry imaging for enabling and improving downstream statistical analyses. Sai’s research interests also include optimization methods involving generative machine learning methods. 
 
In his free time, Sai enjoys pursuing his photography especially portraiture. He is also an aviation enthusiast and enjoys board sports. 

Sarah Szvetecz

PhD Student

Sarah is interested in developing statistical and machine learning methods to analyze chemoproteomics data, with a focus on drug response prediction and target identification. Outside of the lab, she enjoys yoga, exploring new vegan restaurants, and making the most of New England’s seasons, from summer days at the beach to skiing in the winter.

Tony Wu

PhD Student

Tony Wu is a PhD student in Computer Science at Northeastern University, specializing in computational biology with a focus on mass spectrometry-based proteomics and causal inference. His research involves developing graph-based algorithms to analyze biomolecular networks, addressing challenges like batch effects and hypothesis generation from proteomics data.

Outside of research, Tony enjoys cooking, especially experimenting with Chinese cuisine, and playing in a 32-team dynasty fantasy basketball league. He also likes improving his Chinese reading skills through short stories.
